Art Specifications
Sending your files in the proper format will save you time, money and is essential in providing you with a quality product. All delivered art is carefully evaluated for quality and usability.
If artwork does not meet the criteria below, it may incur art charges at the rate of $50.00 per hour in which an estimate will be provided to you for approval before proceeding.

Acceptable Formats:
Vector Art
• |
Image must originate from a vector-based drawing program such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Macromedia Freehand. Raster images placed in such programs are not considered vector-based.

If vector art has placed portions created in a raster program, please be sure to embed art into the file or provide the placed art in addition to the vector file.

| • | All art related fonts must be converted to outlines. We do not accept font files or font suitcases.
|
| • | When possible, assign spot colors to all used colors.
|
| • | Vector files must be saved/exported as an Adobe Illustrator EPS or PDF version 8 and above. |
RASTER ART

Raster images are acceptable as high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, Bitmap, or Adobe Photoshop file formats.

Images created in Adobe Photoshop may include layer information for maximum flexability.
|
| • | Original art needs to be at a minimum resolution of 300dpi, sized to 100% or larger of final desired size. If final art is below 300 dpi, please do not resample image to a higher dpi setting.

| • | All files may be saved as PSD, TIF, JPG, BMP, or PDF file formats. |
